SINETECH has developed a comprehensive range of power related products to cater for all power conversion, power protection and power distribution requirements including renewable energy applications (solar systems). Continuous research and development, combined with innovative design and product sourcing ensures that all products incorporate the latest technology to keep up with the fast changing electronic industry. Our product range includes UPS systems, inverters, battery chargers, DC backup systems and spike, surge and lightning protection equipment.DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE Our 100% local design and manufacture approach combined with a comprehensive imported range, maximises technical backup and support and enables us to stimulate local job creation, ensuring continuous economic growth in our country. DISTRIBUTION Products are distributed, via a countrywide distribution network of qualified agents, directly into industrial, corporate and SOHO environments. We can provide service from Johannesburg, Pretoria, Nelspruit, Durban, East London. Port Elizabeth and Cape Town. Service centres outside the RSA borders includes Namibia. SERVICE & RESPONSE
Our technicians are available during office hours to assist clients by telephone or to respond to site. Twenty four hour call out response is available only under maintenance contract. We offer equipment warranties from twelve to twenty four months and extended warranty packages can be negotiated. MAINTENANCE Comprehensive maintenance agreement packages and first line maintenance and service visits are available to ensure trouble free after warranty operation and continuous user satisfaction. SPARE PARTS Sinetech holds adequate spares. Recommended first line maintenance spares packages are available to be kept on site.
