The AJ range consists of sine wave inverters that convert a battery's DC voltage into AC voltage, which can be used by all electrical appliances.
The Compact series models consist of 3 fully automatic functions: a sine wave inverter, a battery charger and a transfer system. Equipped with high-end technology, they optimally perform, thanks to Studer Innotec's extensive experience in the field of electrical supply.
The Xtender series provides an unmatched freedom of use due to its many functions. In a basic application, it offers a total package: the functions of inverter, battery charger, transfer system and assistance to the source. These functions can be combined and controlled in a totally automatic way for exceptional ease and optimal management of available energy.
Its programmable auxiliary contacts also permit interconnection with existing systems or the implementation of extended functions. Fully programmable by means of its remote control, it enables the software update; thus making it an upgradeable product to which new functions may be added further on. Through the implementation of several units, it is possible to create a 3-phase source or to set them in parallel, in order to increase the power available. Up to 9 Xtender series inverters can then be combined together.
Fully configurable and developed to meet the highest industry standards, the MPPT solar charge controller VarioTrack from Studer ensures maximal efficiency in retrieving energy from any PV system.
When connected to solar panels and batteries, the solar charge controller VarioTrack automatically charges the batteries in an optimal way with all the available solar power using its algorithm for Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT).
The MPPT continuously seeks out the solar generator's optimal voltage to retrieve the maximum available energy. This operating point varies constantly depending on outdoor conditions (sunlight, temperature...) to which it must adapt.
The Studer VarioString responds to the toughest requirements in efficiency in solar installations. It also reduces the system costs by accepting PV strings up to 600 or 900Vdc. This allows for a more simple installation and reduces the installation time and material costs: reduction in cable cross-section and length, absence of junction box and string fuses.
The two isolated MPPT inputs allow for the integration of PV strings with different electrical characteristics and orientations. The reinforced isolation between the PV modules and the battery allows for any combination of grounding schemes and an optimised system security.
